This is a sort of a DIY and I hope it will work for most of you as most of them don’t require a lot of time of your days.
So you have a website to market but have no clue as to where to start? Let me try to help you out and show you how social media and other little tricks can help you a big deal with becoming some more relevant online.
Social media: there are virtually tons of way social media can help you once you work it and I don’t mean paid advertisements here: those should be the last resort in my opinion. But here’s the steps you can do:
•Business Tools: Facebook and Instagram has an amazing business account which I definitely suggest you to subscribe at: they offer great analytic tools which will just work excellent once you start sharing posts and articles as a business. You will be able to see how many people have seen your article, read your article, reacted to it and what their demographics are. This way you can find your target audience all by yourself! Great fun photos, travel photos shared on social media are always sure success. Let people know a little bit about you, about your moods because those businesses are always much more successful where people feel they know about the owners.
•Facebook Insights: this is an excellent new feature added to business accounts and it’s well worth for you to spend some hours with, You will love it because you will see all interactions, number of views on it.
•Do DIYs. Depending on your business you are free to do as many DIYs as possible. People do love DIYs and I’m pretty sure that if I’d type in the word in the keyword tool today, it would rank this as some of the most widely searched keywords. DIYs are also great to generate interest in you. They are great for discussions and all in all don’t we just love them? Try to stick with DIYs which are relatively easy to do: you can do photo DIYS, Facebook video DIYs or YouTube DIYs. You can also do this all mixing it up a little bit.
•Boost: Start to advertise your business on your personal website, give discounts do contests, some of your friends will surely support you, but do not force it and don’t post about your business every day or it will be forced marketing and will make people unfollow/unfriend you.
This is the end of the first episode because I won’t be able to write about the rest of my ideas all in one post but I will spoon publish Part 2 where I share even more tips and tricks with you on how to boost your own website. Unless you hire a vetted Denver SEO expert to do it for you.
