Make the pop-up window smaller so that it provides good results. It give the most effective conversion in less time. Also it is one of the easiest way to enhance conversion rate.

Distraction

Remove all the distraction from the website. More items on the page diverts the mind of the users and they do not make decisions easily and sometimes leave the page without taking any action. Thus, minimize all the distracting elements.
