Many small businesses use social media (78%), email (70%) and SEO (58%) but they could not find the most effective one. It clearly explains that the companies are still confused.

Many business owners are considering the success of a sale to their website rather than the marketing effort. This is a common problem which can be solved only through education and analytics. A website alone will fail to generate revenue unless there is an active program for advertizing. A great looking website is a good start but very few websites can get results without many months of social media, search marketing or advertising.
